Before booking your free meet and greet, here are some pet care service FAQ's that may help you.
Q What can I expect in our meet & greet?
A I will meet with you and your pet to discuss your needs. We will then cover paperwork and consent forms. This is conducted all in the comfort of your home.
Q Do you offer collections & drop offs?
A Yes, this will be arranged in our meet & greet.
Q Do you offer group walks?
A We only take dogs in groups if they are from the same household/family as per the owner's request. We pride ourselves on offering a 1 to 1 bespoke service to our clients.
Q What insurance do you have?
A I am fully ensured with Protectivity with public liability insurance, business car insurance, and a DBS check. All will be supplied at our meet & greet.
Q What do I need to supply?
A Only a collar/harness. I will take care of the rest. Various leads, water bottles, delicious treats, towels, even a pram! If you wish to send anything with us, you are more than welcome to.
Q What payment types are available?
A Cash, bank transfer, card, and Paypal are all accepted.
Q Where do our dogs go on their walking adventures?
A Our walks will be around the area you live. We try to walk in quiet and trusted areas . Off lead options can be discussed in our meet & greet. For hiking adventures, we vary between woodlands, beaches, and country footpaths. Your preferences can be discussed as one of the benefits of having 1 to 1 care!
