More About Me...

You didn’t start your pet business by accident. You chose this work because you care about animals and take the responsibility seriously. But alongside the rewarding moments, there’s always that quiet thought in the background… “What would I do if something went wrong?”

Because things do happen.

A dog chokes.

A pet has a seizure.

An accident unfolds quickly, and suddenly you’re the one responsible for what happens next. That’s where the right knowledge makes all the difference.

I’m Aubrey, a Certified Pet First Aid Instructor, and I work with pet professionals who want to feel properly prepared — not just hopeful that they’ll know what to do.

I’ve supported dog walkers, groomers, trainers, pet sitters and daycare teams to build practical, real-world skills they can rely on when it matters most. No fluff, no scare tactics — just clear, straightforward training that helps you stay calm and take action. Because this work is built on trust. And part of that trust is knowing you can handle the unexpected. If you’ve ever thought, “I should probably learn this properly,” this is your sign. Get in touch to book your training and feel more confident in the role you’re already doing every day.

My qualifications include an Associates Degree in Animal Agriculture (ASc), Certified Pet First Aid Instructor, and a Certificate in Education and Training.

I have previously ran my own successful reactive dog specialist walking business for 3 years, as well as previous work on farms, a pet adoptions advisor and being a college/university lecturer.
