Returns Policy

**Bluebell Pet Care Product Returns Policy**

- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be in the form of an order confirmation email or receipt.

**2. Non-Returnable Items:**

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original packaging.
- Products with obvious signs of use.
- Products that are not in their original condition.

**3. How to Initiate a Return:**

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to return the product.

**4. Return Shipping:**

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping method, and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**5. Refunds:**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
